Terms

All trainees must be in possession of a current provisional driving licence on commencement of training

Insurance	Fees include trainee cover for Comprehensive Liability Claims while driving any vehicle belonging to the school, provided that the trainee is duly licensed to drive and is accompanied by an instructor employed by the school.

Cancellations	At least48 hours notice must be given by you or by your instructor, if there is a need to cancel or rearrange a lesson booking. Failure to give this notice will result in a valid claim for an equivalent value in compensation. Deposits are refundable at the discretion of the management.

Official Driving Tests	The school reserves the right to withhold its vehicles for the driving test if, in the instructor's opinion, the trainee does not reach the required standard. The test fee will be forfeited by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) if 3 clear working days (including Saturdays) notice is not given.

Appointments	Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the trainee receives training at the times and with the instructor as booked, all bookings are made on the understanding that the school is not responsible for the postponement of training due to the mechanical breakdown of equipment, absence of staff or any other causes. Neither can the school be responsible for driving test appointments postponed by the DSA.

Personal Property	Naturally, every endeavour is taken to safeguard personal property but we must point out that the school accepts no liability whatsoever for jewellery, cash, clothing or other property belonging to trainees that may be left in the school's vehicles or on the premises.

Special Offers	All special offers apply only where the trainee is having regular weekly tuition.
